Sugargoo new-user offer: the official welcome pack contains 14 international shipping coupons with a combined face value of CNY 800. Coupons expire 90 days after you claim them, and only one coupon can be used per international parcel. This is a bundle for separate shipments, not CNY 800 off a single order.
Affiliate disclosure: TimTime JP may earn a commission when you register or ship through the referral link below. Compare the complete delivered cost before choosing an agent.

What the CNY 800 Sugargoo coupon pack includes
- Who qualifies: new users, once per user. Sugargoo may treat matching devices, IP addresses, PayPal accounts, accounts or associated identifiers as the same user.
- What it covers: international parcel shipping fees. It does not reduce the price of your products or cover value-added service fees.
- How it is split: 14 separate coupons, with a combined advertised face value of CNY 800. Check each coupon’s amount, minimum shipping spend and eligible routes in your account.
- How many you can apply: one coupon per international parcel. Do not add the whole pack to the expected saving on one shipment.
- Expiry: 90 days from claiming the coupons. The announcement does not specify a fixed campaign end date; availability can change.
How to claim and use your Sugargoo coupons
- Open the referral registration link above and create an account if you are eligible as a new user.
- Claim the welcome benefit shown by Sugargoo. On the website, click your username and open Coupons. In the app, open My, then Coupons.
- Read the exact amount, minimum spend, route restrictions and expiry on each coupon before purchasing goods.
- When your items reach the warehouse, compare international shipping routes for your destination, parcel dimensions and item category.
- Select an eligible coupon when submitting the international parcel. Check that the shipping total falls before paying.
- If the coupon is missing or rejected, ask Sugargoo support to explain the restriction before proceeding.
How much can you actually save?
Your usable saving depends on the coupons you can redeem before they expire. A large bundle can be worth much less than its headline value if you ship only one parcel or do not meet the individual thresholds.
Compare product price, domestic postage, payment and currency-conversion costs, packing services, international freight and any destination charges. A coupon on a costly shipping route can still leave you paying more than another agent or a direct seller.
Do SG50 or 2026SG50 work?
We have not validated either code in the current Coupon Center. They are not included here as active offers. Use the welcome coupons actually issued to your account, and confirm any additional campaign directly with Sugargoo. Do not assume an extra code stacks with a welcome coupon or a route promotion.
Sugargoo coupon FAQ
Is CNY 800 a cash balance?
No. It is the combined advertised face value of 14 shipping coupons, subject to their individual conditions.
Can existing customers claim the new-user pack again?
The official announcement limits participation to once per user. Existing users should check their own Coupon Center for other offers.
Does the referral link guarantee an extra discount?
The link identifies TimTime JP as the referrer. The CNY 800 welcome pack is described by Sugargoo as a new-user benefit; we have not verified a separate extra benefit exclusive to this link.
Can coupons pay for packing services?
No. The published rules exclude value-added service fees from both the discount calculation and the qualifying shipping threshold.
What happens if the discount does not appear?
Do not pay expecting it to be credited later. Check eligibility, the expiry and the shipping route, then contact Sugargoo support.
